Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail if under 2kg, a signature will be required on receipt. If your order value is over £100 you should use the Royal Mail next day before 1pm ( Special Delivery) service as this will insure your goods against loss or damage to the full amount, signed for will only allow a claim up to £50.  Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Postage fees are as correct as we can make them, depending on the weight and size of the goods ordered it may be cheaper for us ( and you) for your order to be sent as two packages or more, if we use an aternative courier and a postage saving is made, we will reund this saving via your Payapl account.
All of our goods are well packed, and protected by bubble wrap.

Faulty Goods

We do our best to make sure that your goods reach you in mint condition, however things happen beyond our control that can cause items to get damaged in transit, in the first instance please make contact with us within 24 hrs of receiving your goods, either by tel 01264 354885 or by email testvalleymodels@gmail.com, we will then contact you to arrange a solution to the problem, by way of full refund ( if the item is discontinued or out of stock), replacement, or goods to the value. If the item is a loco or other motorised product with an RRP in excess of £50, we reserve the right to effect a manufacturers repair under warranty.
