SPRUECUTTERS MEMBERSHIP

Terms and Conditions

Length of membership.

Membership is renewable on an annual basis and will run from February 1^st to January 31^st.

Membership Benefits

• Two free Friday night gaming nights per calender month¹

• One free coffee/drink per games night/event²

• 10% Discount on ALL Spruecutters events³

• 5% Discount on sales over £5⁴

1. (i) Free nights must be taken within each calender month.

         (ii) Free nights cannot be banked for future use, sold, lent or borrowed in                  any form to other members or customer(s).

2. Free drinks cannot be banked

3. (i) Discount applies to advertised entry price

         (ii) Discounts cannot be transferred to other members or customers

         (iii) Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.

4. Discount applies to purchases in a single visit.

General

1. Membership is non-transferable

2. Refunds will not be given for unused free nights or drinks

3. Renewals must be paid by 1^st February each calender year.

4. If membership remains unpaid, it will lapse on 5^th February each calender year.

         (i) Renewals after this will be charged at the pro-rata rate

        (ii) Renewals cannot be back dated

       (iii) Renewals are charged at a full months pro-rata rate up to the fifteenth                of  each calendar month, after that date, membership will resume with                  full benefits on the first day of the following month

5. New members joining after the 1^st March of each calendar year will pay a pro rata rate for the remaining months.

         (i) New members will be charged the full pro-rata rate up to the fifteenth                   day of the current month, after that date membership will commence on               the first day of the following month.

6. The pro rata rate is set at the Annual Fee divided by 12, multiplied by the number of months left in the membership year.

eg. Joining on April 1^st will be (Annual Fee /12) X 8
